Sports Vision

Vision plays a vital role in any sport. The eyes guide the hands, feet, and body to respond or to reach a specific goal, whether it is to hit a ball, or to reach the finish line.

If you get worse with practice, or have inconsistent sports performance despite proper coaching, this may be a sign that a vision problem may be holding back your game. If you have trouble gauging distances, speeds, or maintaining balance during physical activity, this is also a sign of a vision problem.

Sports Vision works with athletes of all levels, from little league to professionals, in all sports. The service has two goals: to evaluate an athlete’s visual skills and performance, and to develop and enhance visual skills necessary for peak performance.
